The Saffola Strong Heart Challenge is a sincere attempt from the Saffola family to urge people to make simple diet and lifestyle changes and be on the road to a healthier life. Small changes in diet and lifestyle can help you reduce yours or your spouse’s cholesterol, and add to your defense in the fight against heart diseases.

In fact, 4 simple steps are all it takes!

You can get the best results from the challenge if you follow an exercise routine along with your healthy diet plan. We suggest up to 30-40 minutes of activity a day, on most days of the week, depending on your fitness level.

Here are some ideas to get you moving in the coming weeks.

Step 1: Start with a normal walking pace or some physical activity for 10-15 minutes

Step 2: Increase the activity level to the next step & exercise for 25-30 minutes, with 3-4 breaks if needed, for at least 5 days.

Step 3: Now that exercise is a part of your daily routine aim for a bit more rigorous activity level. 35-40 minutes and not more than 1-2 breaks.
