Use of the Service is governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein. . Please read the terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the Service.

General Terms and Conditions

ML shall make reasonable efforts to include up to date and accurate information but disclaims all warranties conditions, expressed or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of the contents of this website. ML shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of user's access or inability to access this website or user's reliance on the information contained within the website.

ML makes no warranty that the contents of website are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties.

Certain links on website lead to resources located on servers maintained by third parties over whom ML has no control. ML accepts no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those servers.

By accessing or using the Service, user agrees to be bound by all of these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in all respects under the laws prevailing in the territory of India. Any dispute arising out of the information or services offered on this website shall be limited to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. In the event ML determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, that user have breached any of hi/her obligations under this Agreement, then, in addition to and not in lieu or limitation of any other right or remedy ML may have, ML may advise user that user have violated these terms and conditions; delete or remove any communications or content furnished or posted by user to the Service; discontinue user registration and remove user as a registered member; block user’s access to the Service; notify and/or send communications or content to and co-operate with applicable law enforcement authorities; and/or take any other action ML deem appropriate.

Marico Limited is the sole and exclusive owner of www.saffolalife.com and the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights on all text and graphic images and the information forming part of the contents of this website. This means that User shall not distribute the text or graphics or the contents of this website to others without the express written permission of Marico Limited; or modify or re-use the text for any commercial purposes. Permission to reprint information in whole or in part contained on this site is granted, provided customary credit is given. Prior permission in writing would be required to be taken if the information is to be used for commercial use.

  • By participating in this initiative you confirm to abide by the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein and more specifically the Metropolis procedure for tests.
  • This offer is valid for the period of 10 September 2009 to 10th January 2010 in select cities only.
  • Metropolis runs pathological laboratories that will conduct the test for all eligible consumers in these select cities only.
  • The cholesterol check that is being offered is termed as "LipidProfile" and the same gives the following results:
    • Total Cholesterol
    • HDL Cholesterol
    • Triglycerides
    • LDL Cholesterol
    • VLDL Cholesterol
  • Marico shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of Lipid Profile Test reports by the postal department and/or any courier used for this purpose.
  • Marico will offer the Lipid profile test to consumers approaching it on a first come first serve basis during the above mentioned period.
  • This initiative includes Lipid Profile test only and does not include any kind of diagnostic or remedial procedure.
  • If you are already under any medical treatment, please consult your physician before taking this test.
  • Marico shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever if the participating consumer has not followed the directions provided to him/her in relation to the test which shall be intimated to him/her before and after the test.
  • Marico shall not be responsible for any deficiency in service on part of Metropolis.
  • If the coupon code is found to be incorrect then the participant shall not be allowed to take the test and Marico shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
  • The coupon code can neither be exchanged in lieu of cash by the participating consumer nor a cash discount be claimed on any other offer/services/products of Metropolis or Marico, as the case may be.
  • Marico shall not be responsible for issues arising because of the participating consumer expecting service from a Metropolis Collection Centre, which is not identified under this initiative.
  • Marico shall not be liable to re provide any coupon code that is deleted, lost or misplaced, and no free test shall be given for the same to its holder.
  • Metropolis and Marico shall not be responsible for any damage; physical, psychological or financial, caused to the participating consumer due to any improper/unintended use of the services availed through Metropolis, which includes interpretation of report forms by unqualified personnel.
  • On specific request from participant Metropolis shall collect the blood sample from their residence. For this service the participant shall make extra payment to Metropolis and the same shall not be borne by Marico. This facility is not available at all Metropolis centres and is subject to availability at specific Metropolis center in participating cities.
  • Marico has only facilitated the Lipid Profile test and is not a provider of the test. The test and related service itself are being rendered by Metropolis.
  • This initiative does not cover any traveling, or other incidental expenses of the participating consumer.
  • Marico reserves the exclusive right to contact the participants in this initiative for future promotions / schemes by email / letter/ telephones only for health related initiatives and the participating consumers agree to receive these calls/communications.
  • The database including the participant's test result information, collected from the initiative shall be an exclusive property of Marico Limited.
  • Marico reserves the right to modify, withdraw, alter, extend or discontinue the scheme during or after the term.
  • The Courts at Mumbai only shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any suits and litigation arising out of this initiative/ test.
  • This entire initiative is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
  • Saffola and Saffola Functional Foods are trademarks of Marico Limited. Metropolis is a trademark of Metropolis Health Services (India) Ltd.

  • By sending the SMS you confirm to abide by the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein. Marico will offer the first 6,000 consumers approaching it a free 1/2 kg pack of Saffola Functional Food Cholesterol Management. The remaining consumers willing to participate in the initiative shall be put on a waiting list. They will be contacted by our representatives if any participating consumer drops out of the initiative.
